OUR classes


Oklahoma’s first conjugate based athlete development plan. This plan has been derived from 300+ hours of travel, 5000+ hours of study, and 3000+ hours of in-person data collection. We are the only facility in Oklahoma that has had an individual trained under one of only 3 in the world Master Westside Barbell Strength Coaches.

MAP Adults

A gym that is committed to giving you the tools and resources needed to reach your full potential. Our adults are given options of both group training and open gym times. We use an individualized hybrid coaching system with weekly 1 on 1 check-ins on all of our adult clients in order to help each individual accomplish the goal at hand.

MAP Kids

“A pyramid is only as tall as its base.” -Louie Simmons This is where it all starts for athlete development. We developed this plan for athletes in 3rd-6th grade in order to help them truly fulfill what they are capable of. To truly see what is possible, you must start training properly and safely at a young age.

MAP Online

We understand that not everybody is able to make it out to Clinton from surrounding areas. If you are looking for an individualized training plan to help improve performance in sport with data backed training, improve your body composition, or have massive strength gains, we have an option for you. Individuals will have weekly 1 on 1 check-ins with one of our coaches to ensure that the goal at hand is accomplished.
