Before there was a gym, there was simply a desire for more. As a young athlete, I was constantly trying to find ways to get better. I remember the days of trying the paleo diet, looking up extra workouts to do, buying my first piece of equipment, and finding ways to raise money to attend camps around the US. Desire was never an issue. I was the kid who wanted opportunities for more with my life. Now, I’m an adult still looking for opportunities for more with my life, traveling upwards of 56 hours each month around the US to find better ways. It does not matter where you start, only that you continue to keep finding ways to improve.
There is something about training in a weight room that teaches lessons that nothing else in this world can give. That is the exact reason why I chose to plant our first training facility right here in western Oklahoma. I was told that a facility like ours is “only for bigger cities”. I refuse to turn a blind eye to those in my same community. For those looking for more in life, welcome!
